§ 1 DEFINITIONS
Business days – Days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Consumer – A consumer as defined in the provisions of the Civil Code.
Buyer – Any entity making a purchase in the Store.
Regulations – These terms and conditions.
Store – The AVIABELT online store operated by the Seller at www.aviabelt.eu.

§ 3 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
For the Store to function properly, the following is required:
- A device with internet access
- A web browser supporting JavaScript and cookies.
To place an order in the Store, an active email account is also required.
§ 4 SHOPPING IN THE STORE
- The prices of products visible in the Store are total prices for the product.
- The total order price consists of the product price and, if applicable, shipping costs.
- The selected product must be added to the cart in the Store.
- The Buyer then selects the available shipping method and payment method and provides the necessary data for order fulfillment.
- The order is placed upon confirmation of its content and acceptance of the Regulations by the Buyer.
- Placing an order is equivalent to concluding a sales contract between the Buyer and the Seller.
§ 5 PAYMENTS
Orders can be paid for using the following methods, depending on the Buyer’s choice:
- Bank transfer to the Seller’s account
- Payment card: Visa, MasterCard
- Through a payment platform: PayPal, traditional bank transfer
- For card payments, the online payment processing service is provided by Stripe.
- Some payment methods require payment immediately after placing the order.
- By purchasing in the Store, the Buyer agrees to receive electronic invoices. This consent can be withdrawn at any time.
§ 6 ORDER FULFILLMENT
- The Seller is obliged to deliver goods free of defects.
- The order fulfillment time is indicated in the Store.
- If the Buyer selects prepayment, the Seller will start fulfilling the order upon receiving the payment.
- Orders are shipped to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Germany, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Hungary, Italy, United Kingdom, Vatican, Monaco, Poland.
- The Buyer may collect the goods in person by prior email arrangement.
§ 7 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
A privileged Buyer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded via the Store within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to § 8 of the Regulations.
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
- In case of withdrawal, the Seller shall refund all payments received from the privileged Buyer, including shipping costs, no later than 14 days after being informed of the decision to withdraw.
- The refund shall be made using the same payment method as the Buyer used, unless the Buyer agrees to another method, without any additional costs.
- The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or proof of their return is provided.
- The Buyer must return the goods to: ul. Poniatowskiego 32, unit 10, 41-500 Chorzów, Poland, no later than 14 days after informing the Seller of the withdrawal.
- The Buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
§ 8 EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right to withdraw from a contract does not apply to contracts:
- For custom-made or personalized products.
- For perishable goods.
- For sealed goods that cannot be returned after opening due to health or hygiene reasons.
- For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if the service has begun with the Buyer’s consent.
§ 9 COMPLAINTS
- If a product has a defect, the Buyer may file a complaint based on warranty rights.
- Complaints can be sent to the postal or email address provided in § 2.
- If needed, the Buyer must return the defective product to the Seller at no cost for privileged Buyers.
- The warranty for all AVIABELT products is 2 years from the delivery date.
- Complaints regarding the Store’s operation should be sent to the email in § 2.
- The Seller will consider complaints within 14 days.
§ 11 PERSONAL DATA
- The Seller is the administrator of the Buyer’s personal data.
- Personal data is processed for order fulfillment, based on the contract (§6(1)(b) GDPR), legal obligations (§6(1)(c) GDPR), and legitimate interests (§6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Data is stored until the contract ends, legal obligations expire, or claims are no longer possible.
- Buyers have the right to request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding their data processing.
